Californians statewide are mobilizing to Sacramento on Wednesday, May 11 for the state’s budget revise to demand CA closes prisons and invests in our communities’ health and sustainability, not imprisonment and policing.

Join CR Oakland, CR Los Angeles, and Californians United for a Responsible Budget (CURB) on Wednesday, May 11 for a rally at press conference outside the state capitol to demand Governor Newsom close at least 8 prisons by 2025 and adopt a final budget that reflects the values and needs of ALL Californians by investing in communities NOT prisons and policing.
