On May 5, 2023, Critical Resistance hosted a benefit event in San Francisco, California to celebrate 25 years of Critical Resistance and the struggle to abolish the prison industrial complex. With performances by Dancing Through Prison Walls, and a panel featuring Angela Davis, Andrea Ritchie and Ny Nourn, we drew over 350 people to the Bay Area and an additional several hundred joined remotely through the livestream.
